Three places to pick up, and drop off

Kinmen Airport, Shuitou Pier and our Jincheng office all work for pickup and return, in any combination, at no extra charge. Just choose them when you book.

Kinmen Airport counter

Pick up your car straight off the plane. Our busiest location.

How to pick up

  1. Turn your phone on after landing: our airport staff will contact you based on the flight time on your booking.
  2. If you have collected your bags and not heard from us, call the airport line 0965-800-085.
  3. Walk out of the terminal to the car park shelter opposite; our counter is there and staffed all day.
  4. Show your booking number, ID and driving licence, check the car together, sign and go.

Good to know

  • Your pickup time follows the airline's published arrival time; if the flight is delayed, call the airport line.
  • Call us 30 to 60 minutes before returning the car so we can arrange to meet you.
  • Pickup or return after 18:00 costs NT$300 extra; please call ahead to make sure someone is there.

Shuitou Pier shuttle point

Arriving by ferry? We shuttle you between the pier and our Jincheng office.

How to pick up

  1. After you disembark, call (082) 323-390 or message us on LINE (@lez7156a) to say you have arrived.
  2. Our shuttle picks you up at the terminal; the drive to the Jincheng office takes about 10 minutes.
  3. Collect the car at the office. On your return day we can shuttle you back to the pier the same way.

Good to know

  • The pier shuttle is free on pickup and return days for as many people as your vehicle seats; each extra person is NT$150 per trip.
  • Transfers between the airport and Shuitou Pier are charged separately: NT$350 per trip for a small car (up to 4) or NT$600 for a large one (up to 7). Please book by phone.

How to pick up

  1. Navigate to No. 253-12 Minzu Road; the shop is in Jincheng town centre.
  2. Come in and show your booking number, ID and driving licence.
  3. Check the car together, sign, and you are off. You can return the car at any of our three locations.
